Not every person gets them, but it's quite normal. I've seen them on both guys and girls, and I get them once in a while. It's just like how you can get a pimple anywhere else on your body or face even if you wash there. It doesn't have anything to do with cleanliness. It can happen from irritation due to clothing friction, sweat during exercise (even if you wash after), or it can just happen for no apparent reason. Sometimes a hair follicle can become inflamed (yep, even if the hair is just a peach fuzz). Someone who has tons of them constantly may be doing something to irritate their skin, but it is not a sign of poor hygiene.

Has nothing to do with not washing 😜If it was a lot of little bumps chances are it's folliculitis, if there were bigger red spots it could be a mild form of acne. They can be made worse with heavy lotions (as were known to moisturise everywhere) and wearing tight clothes (which guys generally appreciate).
It's not limited to women tho, heaps of guys have a pimply butt too

unless you have absolutely perfect skin, everyone gets pimples everywhere, some more then others, it has nothing to do with not washing that area.

It has nothing to do with washing your ass, it's just hair follicles. For me, I'll get it from lacy underwear irritating my skin.

Sure, I get them, I don't think it's for lack of washing my ass :P I get spots on my face or my chest or my back too and yeah, I wash all of those places too. It sucks but meh, since I bathe, not quite sure what to do about it.

We wash our ass but you get pimple on your ass when you sit on a toilet seat when it's dirty that's why we hover when we pee in public bathroom

I suppose you could potentially get a pimple due to bacteria from a dirty toilet seat, but it's certainly not the only thing that can cause pimples in that area. Nor is it necessarily the worst thing you could get from sitting on a dirty toilet seat.
