lately sex with my husband has been out of this world amazing - and I've been orgasming multiple times each session but he's had to pull out several times because my vagina is clamping down and tightening too hard as I cum and it's hurting him.

nothing to do w/ tightness... it's the clamping action which can be restrictive and uncomfortable. tight implies ---- the entire canal is narrow... not just the entrance (as you're describing)

you can use a dildo when u r free with him and practice your clamping down muscles getting more control. Level exercises might help get more control on your vaginal muscles.
