Hi, this is very important and I'm very curious and worried about what's going on down here. The outer part of my vagina or lip , there is a lump about an inch & a half big. I done so much research to find something that I can relate to but all I find is a bunch of vaginal cyst. I don't think it's the problem because cysts are more like a serious pimple like that possibly needs surgery to remove. This lump that I have goes away , it doesn't hurt.. not until I become sexually active or my hormones go up. I observe it a lot it hardens up looks purple sometimes red and it will hurt until the hormones go down. I got this pict off google bc it's the most relatable. Except it doesn't look anything like a pimple.

Just visit your gyno and get a proper diagnosis of what the problem is and get it corrected. Seems like a very unlikely spot for a cancer tumor to be located, but then again I sure am not a medical professional.
