  • Yes he can. If you begin taking your first pill from the first day that your period starts then the pill becomes effective immediately. However if you start taking them at any other point in your cycle you have to wait one full week for them to become effective. I started mines from the day of my period therefore could have sex straight away. If taken correctly, you should not have to use any other sort of birth control with the pill e. g. Condoms. And yes, he can cum inside you as much or as little as youse like.

  • My doctor advised me to wait a month before having condomless sex when I started the pill. When I looked into it, as someone else mentioned, the pill has a real world failure rate of 9%. So it's not as effective as many think. Most people know someone who got pregnant on the pill. I still have my boyfriend pull out when we have sex. The odds of both methods failing at the same time are much better than 9%.

  • 8 days is certainly not long enough, ideally you should wait at least a month to allow your body to adjust to the BC.
Even then you should know by now that BC alone will not always prevent pregnancies, therefore please think safe sex and get your boyfriend to put something on the "end of it".

  • As long as you're taking the pill correctly and for the last 7 days and you're both free from STD's then there shouldn't be any problems.

  • Have a look at this article, more specifically the question "how effective are birth control pills"... they have a 9% failure rate.
So that's why you have to use double protection: the chance his condom leaks or ruptures and your birth control pill doesn't offer effective second protection at that time is small.
Either one of the two decreases the risk of getting pregnant but you're not safe :o

    • 100% effective

    • @baby181036 they cannot be: read the explanation on how they work. They make it harder for sperm to reach the egg and they make it harder for the egg to attach to the uterus and create a pregnancy. Harder is not impossible so there is a remaining chance to become pregnant. This is not the only source explaining that!

    • You should use pills prescribed by your doctor for birth control

  • You're best to ask your doctor how long it takes for birth control to take effect
cause there may be a period of time like 2 weeks before birth control takes effect before you can actually say your safe at having sex without risking getting pregnant.

  • They become effective after few months. I wouldn't advise it

  • Technically yes but it's still inadvisable. Can't ever be too safe.
personally if that were to happen with me Id take the plan B pill the next day.

  • Pretty sure you're supposed to wait for a month with the pill.

  • Contraception pills does not give you a 100 percent guarantee to prevent you from pregnancy. Better not to risk it because you don't know the odds of you getting pregnant.

  • i dont think so, allways use a condom, if you dont want to get kids at young age, of he can cum in anal or oral.

  • Real the insert that came with the box of pills.
You will probably find that it says that you need to begin another menstrual cycle.

  • Well my both kids are living proof there useless

  • Be cautious girl don't risk it

  • nope. he has to first get a clearance for that first, then he has to get a token.

  • no he can't. use condom

    • pregnancy cannot be ruled out 100%

  • As a lay man, I may advise that you should be on the pill for 30 days before thinking of sex&also continue to take the pills thereafter as prescribed by your doctor

  • Yes he can cum inside you and you won't get pregnant

  • Better to wait 14 days or more, but after a month on the pills you will be save, if you remember to take them every day :)

  • 25 years old girls grow up, if you be prego why it called a birth control?

  • do not risk it...

  • let me cum inside you first so we can test it out

    • lmao

  • Even with that u can still get pregnant

  • Yeah it's fine

  • No.. birth control prevents this.

  • It actually depends on the pills but most suggest two weeks iirc.
