Foreplay aside, my boyfriend rarely lasts longer than 10 minutes. Is that normal? Or is he just out of shape?

Time does not matter. What you get out of it matters more. Dont go by what others say 10, 45, 1 hr are just their need and experience. A study says that an average man can stand 6 to 10 mins and that enough to satisfy both. Your b/f is quite ok. He will go longer as he ages.

At that age, this is within the normal range if he's got a great fit down there with you. In time or w/alcohol, he'll last longer... I expect he lasts longer 2nd & 3rd times in one session.

I don't watch the clock, so I honestly don't know. It also depends on a lot of factors, including the amount of foreplay. If it's not lasting long enough for you, then reduce the amount of foreplay that focuses on him and add more that focuses on you.

I can say it greatly varies. Depends on when I had sex last time, my mood etc etc. It can be from 10' to basically hours non stop. Your boyfriend is normal, dont listen to most guys as they re full of shit. If you want your boyfriend to last longer, all you have to do is to have more and more sex. He will be a sex tyranno by the end of the month. Plus us men tend to last a lot longer as we grow older.
