I'm a 26 year old virgin & I've never seen down there & I'm not quite sure where you insert the penis actually (I know where it's supposed to go but I don't know how to find what I can't see).
I think her question was a valid one. Many virgins lack the knowledge about their bodies. I didn't have sex ed or biology in school so all that I learned about sex has come from looking things up on the web.
I didn't learn about the whole three holes down there thing until I was like 21. In talking to members of my family, I had an aunt who has four kids tell me that she never heard the word "vulva" before. There are a lot of women who don't know about there bodies. I don't think a lack of knowledge means she is not ready to have sex or shouldn't be having sex. She is trying to learn by asking questions.
1) there are three wholes around your pelvic region. The urethra (where pee comes out of), the entrance to your vaginal canal (where the dick goes in), and your anus.

First, the vulva has a couple of holes. One is the vagina, which is the passage to the uterus. The other is the urethra. But the outer parts are NOT the vagina. Your confusion is understandable because so many people call what is the vulva the vagina. The picture sent by the anonymous poster shows that clearly. The vagina is where the penis goes.
However, it sounds like you are very uneducated about this subject and should learn more (like pregnancy prevention) before you go any farther with him. Otherwise you will find yourself pregnant.
