If you want to engage in a conversation of a sexual nature, you should know why it is that you do it?
If you just want her opinion on something then you just ask, but if you want to 'play' with her or perhaps start to form some kind of a relationship which goes beyond the limits of a platonic one, I would suggest that you first be sure she likes you. She doesn't have to like you as a boyfriend yet, but if you play your cards right, with time, she certainly might find that you can stimulate her in other ways besides just being a friendly bloke. -Trust me, I've been there-
So what you need to do is start off slowly. Do not start talking about her breasts! That will just make her angry, and she'll feel insulted, because if you immediately start talking about her body parts it is clear as day that you only want one thing! And that is not what she wants!
You should try starting off with a joke and then move on to some more perverse jokes, or just tell her a story about something that happened to you one time (it is best if it's true, but if it's not, then just fake it xD) that has an element of eroticism in it. If she starts to open a subject of sex, or anything related to it, just follow her lead, and you'll be free to say practically anything with time.

If you just casually want to bring it up just do it in joking manner you have to improvise with the situation it's really not that hard to lead almost any conversation sexual just do it with little hints, or you can just be totally random and make a sexual joke rather blunt sometimes you get a laugh out of that to. The best thing is to work with the conversation you are having and no one can say exactly how to bring up that topic because every conversation is different, just lead into it.
It depends on what exactly you want to talk about.and for what purpose.
