Just throwing this in for guys having a similar problem, fishy smell and dry glans penis. Use once a day or every two days "Bepanthen" Creme. you can order it on amazon, it's cheap and lasts long. just a finger tip, just as much as you need to cover everything under your foreskin.
you can even do it just for a week or so and make a break for 1-2 weeks. it's very harmless. antispetic, so it kills bacteria and it's pretty 'fatty', very good against ichy and dry skin in "sensitiv" areas 👌 best stuff ever. i'm very clean, shower much, few to no parfum/alcohol shampoo and still got that fishy smell.

Guys and girls can smell fishy a few hours to days after having sex, just from the normal excretions.
