Why do girls wear panties?

Once I asked almost an identical question. Some opinions were commendable but a few ladies were too offended, and "confidently" questioned my gender. I sincerely wanted to have comments based on hygienic reason. However receiving some disappointing comments, the only reply was to keep my mouth shut. Today I was reading an article on the same subject. It gives reasonable reply. It's just to share without asking for comments. Here it is.

  • wait this makes no sense. If you dont wear panties, your discharge or whatever will just go on your pants or skirt or whatnot which uhm kinda defeats the entire argument that you are giving on how bad and terrible panties are. Is your solution then that humans walk with no pants on? Plus the issues that may arise from wearing underwear is not really a "thing" Women get yeast infections for a variety of reasons too. I have never heard a doctor say that you shouod not underwear either so not sure where you got that information from.

  • Well, if I didn't wear panties, I'd have to wash my pants every day (or have a huge amount of pants like I have panties). I just feel it's easier to get my panties dirty than my actual pants, so they can be worn multiple days. Seems like the article is more about sleeping without panties than being without them I'm general, but if I'd sleep without them I'd have to change my sheets every day. Again, much easier to just change my panties.

  • Panties protect you privates from exposure to outside dangers. I know it cleans itself and what not but outside bacteria and clothes dye from your jeans can disrupt the environment and cause problems, so I will keep wearing my panties thank you, plus I have to keep all my magic juice inside where it belongs. I sleep naked though because I was born naked and fuck clothes.
