Do guys really get disgusted by periods?

I've never met a single guy IRL who's disgusted by periods. Maybe the gory details or seeing bloody underwear, or getting blood on their dick but never the concept of having a period

Why would i as a mature adult man get grossed out by a girls period?
If i had a girlfriend i would be understanding that girls have periods if i
have to get grossed out than that would make me immature so i never
want go that way in life... No not all guys are the same and if i had a
girlfriend i would cuddle her when she was on her period.. I'm sorry

When you think of it, you can kind of see why some males would be disgusted by it. I mean, it's blood coming from your vagina, but for the most part, guys don't care. It's normal and they understand that. I've never actually seen a male, that I know, actually make fun of periods or think that they're gross.

Oh my God... so many judgmental people here. Yes it is a natural bodily process. But you know what else is? Shitting. Pissing. Puking. Ya, people are into that, but that's a minority. It's not that "ew periods are gross" it's that blood is gross. I don't enjoy blood everywhere any more than I find an open wound sexy. So yes, it's a turnoff. But I also don't find it disgusting in that I wouldn't help her with it, be totally fine talking about it, etc. I just would prefer to not have sex at that time, or give oral looking like a cannibal. Also, if she asked me to have sex at that time, I'd be fine laying down a towel and going for it because if I care about someone I'd do something I'm not totally into, because while it's a turnoff, it's not a deal breaker.

This seems like one of those "issues" that women have exaggerated to a now extreme, probably to emasculate men and make them appear weak. Where apparently there are more men disgusted by periods than there are men who are understanding of it. I assure you, it's false, men are not disgusted by periods.

Many people are just not exactly fond of bodily fluids in general. It doesn't have to be from the vagina, I've known people to become queasy just at the sight of a cut on the finger. Just because they say "eww, gross" doesn't mean their disgust is exclusive to the menstrual cycle.

No. I have never met a single man who didn't realize that periods where normal. Do they acknowledge that it can be messy if you have sex while she is on her period? Yeah, but disgusting? No. In fact I get the impression that this idea was completely fabricated becaues it seems so far beyond reality.

Personally, I'm always curious about menstruation and find it intriguing. Not sure if it's the male curiosity or the scientist's curiosity in me though. But I'm not exactly the average guy.

Some idiots will be, most guys won't. The problem for most men is they're not sure how to handle a women when she is going through her period. Some women breeze through them, others suffer, some badly. Guys sit on the sidelines, walking on eggshells at times.
