Well, some studies suggest that penis size is related to height, but I'm not sure how conclusive that is. Weight isn't really going to affect anything (i.e. if you gain weight, your penis isn't going to grow and if you lose weight, it isn't going to shrink), however, if someone is overweight, it may cause their penis to look shorter due to the fat around the base of the penis "hiding" some of the length.
Well, I'm the living proof those 'studies' are nothing but BS. I am, by today's European standards, a rather short man (5'6). Yet, my fully erect penis is 8 inches long; i. e. significantly bigger than the average penis lenght (which is around 5.7 inches).

I noticed that the short guys I've dated (5'5-5'7) were always bigger than the taller guys I've dated (6-6'2). The skinnier guys I was with were bigger than the taller ones. One of my exes brought up a conversation similar to this before and he said it has something to do with diet and if you're healthy. I don't know how true that is though.

height is not as indicator of penis size, genes have more to do with it. me and my dad are about the same size I'm about 6' he's 6'1 about or 6'2. There are countless theories about a man's penis size being equal to his overall size, hand size, foot size, etc. All of them are false.
