i sometimes hear people saying "he had a really ugly penis" but then some people say his penis was so beautiful. what makes a penis really ugly and what makes one beautiful?

I would take a wild guess and assume someones personality can really carry into the image of their penis. While no penis is beautiful in a sense, if the male is able to attribute what the girls wants and desires by other methods (may it be the way her carries himself, the way he can get her off during foreplay, whatever). Although some people might say that a circumcised penis looks better then one that's uncircumcised, I think the real truth lies in what they are thinking of that person at that moment. I think it is very psychological because many people can equate someones beauty to their personality, why not equate personality to their penis (because everyone knows they're is no such thing as a beautiful penis, even if it has glitter, bows, ribbons, lipstick, and a hair extensions, and a tan; because then it would look like Snooki).

Of course one night stands will vouch for it, unless you just happen to bag some dude at the last minute and took a quick peak at his junk and learned what your brain likes to see, a circumcised penis or a uncircumcised penis. But that is just rambling.

At the pic below is a part of a study concerning an anatomy problem which wasn't important for women, who where asked to rate the most important factors for an attractive penis. In my opinion if you love the person you grow into loving and lusting for his penis. Too me general appearance is indeed the most important trait as the penis has to be well proportioned, not big but every part of it shoulb be well combined with the other, hope you understand what I mean. I prefer:
-no weird shaped head
-thicker than longer. It souldn't look like a pensil. Medium length isn't bad.
-straight or a bit curved
-Uncircumfrenced
-Nice complexion
Apart from the appearance for a penis to look beautiful it has to be:
-clean and not smelly
-used right so it brings pleasure. There must be technique
-Shaved at the balls if he wants to take them into my mouth. Generaly I dont care about pibic hair

I'm not sure. I mean, I can see why women feel my penis is beautiful. It is an attractive penis. I can totally understand it. But what makes it that way? As I said, I'm not sure. If the complexion looks good, the head is a good shape, the shaft is healthy, I guess that's part of it. Some men view vulvas as beautiful, some don't. There are also simply people who will never find genitals attractive. I get it. Penises are not supposed to be attractive, really. But hey, if mine is, others must be.

well, it depends on what you prefer. For most people hairy, dark, non circumcised, smelly penises are a turn off, while lighter colors, shaven, good smelling penises are better.
