Lotions, moisturisers, etc. can be used for external lubrication (like lubricating his penis or your clitoris), but it is not recommended for internal usage.

Like if you're going to have sex, don't use it. But if you will give him a handjob, then it can be used to lubricate his penis.

If you use condoms, read the ingredient list VERY CAREFULLY; remember that oils attack latex, so you have to either use oil-free lubes or latex-free condoms.

Stay away from anything with the word petroleum on it, unless is is preceded by the phrase "contains no".

You don't want to use anything with any of the following ingredients:

eythyl paraben, methyl paraben, tea tree extract, tea tree oil, papaya, papain, any kind of enzyme,

capsaicin, eucalyyptus, lanolin, citrus oils, peanut oil, mineral oil, castor oil.

O.K. To use: Aloe, Cocoa butter, coconut oil, palm oil, olive oil, Shea butter, whale oil (chemically o. k., but horrible karma!)

I have used "real" lubes and do not like them. We use discount-store cocoa-butter lotion. It does go internal because I am warmed up with a HJ first and we have never had any irritation. She is a tightly closed absolute innie and the lotion helps me in past the dry externals. Cocoa butter seems to mix with and be re-wetted by vag fluid
