Actually I think I know the problem here, when he does this, you probably wash off with a lot of soap, which really drys your skin a lot, and can cause similar issues. The same could be true if you didn't wash, sperm is biological material after all, and it does start rotting fairly quickly, so if it was enclosed for a long time it could have similar effects on your skin.
