Actually I think I know the problem here, when he does this, you probably wash off with a lot of soap, which really drys your skin a lot, and can cause similar issues. The same could be true if you didn't wash, sperm is biological material after all, and it does start rotting fairly quickly, so if it was enclosed for a long time it could have similar effects on your skin.
Could be stubble-burn if he shaves or simply abrasion.
Next time, spread some lotion on both cheeks so he slides smoothly.
I have heard of women being allergic to a man' semen and it causing a skin reaction, but I would have to think that is pretty rare. Was there any burning or itching associated with it? While it's possible, the only way to know for sure is to seek a medical opinion.
