Why am I always horny throughout the day?

hello I'm 23 years old male single... I know this sounds dumb but at the same time has me curious. Throughout the day most of the time I seem to get horny multiple times even while doing nothing or playing games or even watching TV. it gets frustrating and I end up having to masturbate up to 3 times a day and in the next hour or so I'm horny again... does food has anything to do with the hornyness? lol or is it the fact that I'm still single and a virgin? ty for the answers in advance this is kind of stressing me out lol

Lots of people have higher sex drives than others. I'm a 23-year-old female, and I think about sex a lot. It's been about a year since I met my current boyfriend, who is also my first serious/sexual relationship. Since I have frequent personal intimate encounters with him, I have a lot of things to think/daydream about when we're not together. So, it's been quite awhile since I've had that blood-rushing to my genitals feeling because I'm basically always turned on now.

You're fine, but maybe you should get a job and focus on your future for awhile so you can forget about being horny and maybe meet your future girlfriend in the process. ;)

Oh I do have a job and I seem to get less horny while at my job but still it doesn't solve the issue lol and I'm yet to meet my future GF... even tho there is this girl who works in a bank and is always friendly with me and flirts etc but I'm too shy to do anything about it can't see myself gripping my pants to ask her out :( well more like I don't know how since I've never been good with women reason why I'm still single.

Sorry to say, but, bank employees ARE partially paid to be nice. ;) However, it doesn't mean that she's not genuinely interested! & please believe me - the only real way to get anything in life is to man-up and do it yourself. Practice definitely helps getting over shyness! The more you flirt and then date, the easier and more comfortable it gets! So, maybe mention a co-worker Happy Hour to her - so it's less stress since it's a group. DO SOMETHING! I got lucky - met my guy at a wedding. ;)

What you are describing is very typical behavior - virgin or not.

Also, pay attention to when you get horny; men have a daily hormone cycle where women have a monthly hormone cycle.
