How to hide breast growth?

How to hide breast growth? I'm MtF, have been on hormones 2 months, and my development is already really obvious. I've tried wearing baggy things, tight things and even a tight undershirt with a baggy outer shirt, but whatever I do they're obvious enough that people I'm not out to have mentioned it. I've also lost a lot of weight since starting transition, which precludes passing them off as just fat guy man-boobs. I don't want to do anything that would hinder their growth even slightly, like binding; as I see it, the bigger the better. Until I'm ready to get over my insecurity and inability to come out, I'd like to take my time and not be outed by my chest. Like I said, I wouldn't do anything to hinder the growth, and if it turns out I can't have my cake and eat it, it'll be impossible to deny being TS pretty soon. I could probably handle that; having the decision taken out of my hands would be a huge relief, as opposed to agonizing over whether and how to begin the conversation I'd come out in. So in the end if there's no way to buy some time, that's fine, but I won't know until I ask. If you have any suggestions, please also mention if there's any risk that undertaking the suggestion would hinder breast growth or reduce the potential size I could eventually achieve.

Not so far in the back of your mind, is the fact that coming out is more simple and straightforward a solution than whatever the hell you're considering doing with your breasts. Do what you know is right, come out, and put it behind you.
