That's subjective and it varies from guy to guy. No matter what your body looks like you're never going to satisfy 100% of men. There's always someone with a different opinion.
I don't believe in ugly vulvas. The female genitalia is inherently beautiful. If your genitals are in good, working order, you're good to go. Most guys won't complain and if they do, they're not the kind of guys you want to be having sex with in the first place.
As for breasts, guys opinion of them will vary more than genitalia, I believe. Some guys don't like large areolas, some guys like bigger breasts, other guys like them smaller. So you can't please everybody. But breasts are attractive by virtue of being breasts - it's by design. Chances are that nature didn't screw yours up.
Personally, I believe that truly ugly breasts are rare but that's my opinion - I can't back it up. I also think that guys who expect boobs to be two circles with dots in the middle are the guys who learned anatomy from playboy. If they want to nitpick at the details of your body, they're not worth it. I don't see anything unattractive about large areolas or breasts that aren't "perky".
If it were me, I wouldn't want her to cover up but I wouldn't make her get naked if she didn't want to either. Generally, it's usually the case that the things girls are insecure about are not unattractive to me.

There IS such a thing as an ugly vagina, and it's any vagina with "roast beef" characteristics. ie- large, flappy, and dark at the edges. I once slept with a girl whose labia were so big that she had to pull them out of the way for me to be able to enter her.
Any guy who says size doesn't matter is lying. In fact, so few men like small breasts that it's actually considered a fetish.

The most unattractive boobs I ever saw were DDs that somehow become so flattened on that woman the only way to describe it is all the air was let out of them. However, they looked awesome in a bra. Stretch marks to me don't make for ugly boobs. It's rare to find a girl who doesn't have a least a few stretch marks on her boobs.

From what I've read about how self-conscious so many girls about their big breasts and vulva's, I would think they would say something when things between us were getting close. By that time, I don't think it would make the difference.
Unattractive boobs would be really saggy, flap-jacks on a nail kind of boobs and the only ugly vaginas I can think of would be some crazy STDs or really old, or (I'm sorry I've gotta be honest) some really overweight women. Otherwise I don't think there is such a thing as an ugly vagina. In public, yea, cover it up. In private, well, I obviously don't mind if I've gone that far, so whatever. Given you are 18 to 24, chances are you have nothing to worry about on either body part.
