Do girls really have rape fantasies?

I was watching Californication today and these two girls had a rape fantasy. I was told a lot of girls have a rape fantasy like 75% or something. To me that's pretty creepy I know girls who have been raped and they try to never think about it. They just want to block it out of there mind and know I am hearing that girls would fantasize about it. I don't know its just weird to me.

OK that shouldn't be called a "rape fantasy" because it implies actual rape. I guess its just the differince between girls and guys. If a guy has a school girl fantasy he really wants to f*** a school girl same thing with nun fantasies or asian girl etc.

    It's called rape "FANTASY" because it DOESN'T imply actual rape. There's a distinction between fantasy and reality. There are guys out there who have rape "FANTASIES" too, and that doesn't mean they're going to go out and actually rape a girl. It means they enjoy the idea of forced, rough sex and are willing to think about it, get off on those thoughts, or maybe roleplay it with a willing partner. They think that actual rape is wrong, but are willing to indulge in these fantasies in a safe and consensual environment.

    And I don't agree that all guys who have a school girl fantasy or a nun fantasy actually want to have sex with schoolgirls and nuns. Most of them are not going to pursue having sex with an underage girl in a kilt. But the idea of it is hot (in these examples, its mostly the uniform, the taboo, and the idea of corrupting innocence or finding out that someone who is perceived as innocent and pure actually isn't). Most guys are happy enough leaving this to fantasy (thoughts, p*rn, roleplaying/dress up with their partner, etc.) and aren't actually going to go out and make it happen.

  • Yes, rape fantasies are pretty common among women. Of course, it is just fantasy and no woman actually wants to be raped. Also, when they've done studies about how common this is, they don't necessarily use the word "rape", they might talk about being "forced" or "overpowered" by a man. For a lot of women, I think it's about wanting to be dominated, to experience "loss of control" (while in reality, she's very much in control of the fantasy), or to have a man want her so badly that he cannot control himself around her. For some women, it might even be that they want to have sex with someone or to engage in rough sex or particular sex acts, but they feel that it's socially "wrong" for women to want these things and so they fantasize about it in a way where it is out of their control to do these "dirty" things.

  • These girls fantasize about it but in a controlled environment. They wouldn't want to actually get raped. It is a consensual thing, so it's not really rape, but I think they like the idea of being f***ed animalistic way.

  • The rape fantasy isn't women wanting to be dragged into an alley and raped at gunpoint. It's more like having the guy in complete control and forcing himself on you because he wants you.

  • well I do "fantasize" about that. but its not the same as being raped. if I did actually get raped then I would be scarred. but its different when it would happen when its planned. for example: if I was dating a guy and we were planning on having sex and role playing or whatever, and I asked him to act like he's going to rape me then we had sex, that's very different than if a guy raped me in real life. I know its a weird thing but some girls like it.
