1. Size usually doesn't matter TOO much. As long as it fits properly / without pain and can get the job done, there should really be no complaints.
2. Technique is technique, no matter the size. You either know what you're doing, or you don't. But that can also improve after practice and such.
3. I have never, ever heard a girl make fun a guy for being "small". Not seriously or jokingly. However, I guess it happens - but you know, people make fun of people for all kinds of things. Hopefully the girls who tease guys about their size aren't trying to be hurtful, because it definitely seems to be a sensitive topic.
1) I'm not going to lie, I guess there's such thing as a perfect size, not so big it hurts but not so small you don't get any pleasure from it. Some people may think I'm shallow, but hey.
2) You don't have to have technique.. That is, if you don't mind your girlfriend hating sex with you. but if you want it to be average sex at the least, you need technique.
3) I have heard people jokingly mocking guys who supposedly have small ones, I guess it's just because men assume girls think big penises are the only good way to go, they started teasing their friends who weren't big and I guess girls just kinda caught on?

Honest, if a guy has a small one let's say about 6 inches then I am happy with that, smaller than it is not pleasurable, I don't think. I've never had sex but as long as the guys penis is pleasurable no matter how small or big then I am cool with that.

Not to make you feel insecure, but size does matter. If it's too small you can't feel anything. Your technique matters as well, and it won't replace the fact that size does matter.
