youve thought too far into this, a lot of times a man will look away when you do that because it actually can help him last longer, more than likely he's NOT thinking about another girl doing it, many times the sight of a girl doing that is enough to push you over the edge especially paired with the actual act of it being done. in my opinion he IS thinking of you but he doesn't look so he can last longer and/or focus on the feeling of you doing it ( its worth focusing on)
