How do you pee when it's hard? There is some kind of valve that shuts off the pee part of your body when you are hard and you shouldn't be able to pee when you are erect. If you can actually pee when you have a boner, do you stand on your head to shoot the stream into the toilet, or do you pee on the ceiling?
That "valve" you are reffering too (forget what its called) only prevents you from peeing and ejaculating at the same time. It has nothing to with having an erection. (And yes I pee on the ceiling)

Well that morning woody is normal for most all guys and you bet peeing makes it go away! As for the rest I am guessing that you need to find a nice quiet place alone and let your penis and hand have a long needed interaction.
