This is a very complex question with to many variables to say a certain time however I can tell you the major factors for me.
First and foremost is the speed. The speed effects guys more then girls (in my very limited first hand experience) so the faster you go (masturbation or sex) the faster the guy cums but if you go slow (in sex) the girl can usually achieve multiple orgasms.
Secondly is how long it was since he last did it. There is a time-frame after a guy cums where he will be very "durable" (I suppose). This time-frame can be very long but id say a few hours max.
Thirdly is how exited he is. This is one of the major reasons guys sometimes have premature ejaculation. This can be achieved by watching p*rn for a few hours or foreplay depending on how sensitive to it you are. This will also make it feel allot better.
Fourthly how long it was since he last did it. (meaning if he has "saved it up" he will come allot more and allot easier)
