I was 25 when I lost my virginity and was afraid of what my boyfriend would think of me. He was surprised to find out (I guess I seem like the type who would get lots of guys) but for me it was my own decision. I had the chances if I wanted it, but ultimately I wanted to wait until it felt right and with someone I could really trust and be with.
It wasn't like my first time was magical or anything close to that, but my boyfriend respected me for it and even felt flattered that he was my first. I was afraid it would change how he saw me and I think it did, but I think he liked me more. We've talked about a future together and marriage so I know he's as serious about me as I am about him.

Sex isn't life hun, there's so much more than just getting poked. Try sitting next to a guy and just having your arm around him an vise-verse. Light physical contact without the need for adult touch is much more pleasing than just going for sport points :\ I did it 1 time, and I'd take cuddling over sex anyday. Call me odd :p

I think that is no problem and actually fun and interesting because I would be your first. I've never heard another guy complain about a virgin either. For the record I'm right around your age and have only had two girlfriends so even for men it is not uncommon to be this old and not have much experience. I think it's a myth that everybody is a sex expert and master by the time they're in their twenties.
*Something* has stood firmly between her and sex. School-age, she have an excuse. College-age, she's learning the ropes. Beyond that, it's a decision--she can lose it instantly by this point--so I would want to know what her thinking was.
