Even the women that just joke do so becase of the way they feel about their sex. Women that contantly bring it up are women that kind of try to act tuff and strong, and asertive , which are traits of masculinity. And because no one will respect her fabricated masculinity she goes after the thing she lacks, balls. By going after a guys balls and portraying them as his weakness instead of what allows him to be truley masculin and dominant. This allows her to feel better about her biology, and coddles her ego So when women gos on and on about how shell cut his balls off if he's cheating. Its all a reaction of her struggle for power, which she can never acruall reach. Unless she grew some. Many women just try tp be men, when it dosnt work out ots mens fault and we and our genitals become the target.

I'm very rarely serious except for the guy that cheated on my bff with like 10 girls, but I can't stand blood.:) j/k it was a passing thought though. However as for like molesters and whatnot yes very serious about that definitely belive they should have it done, but that's not joking...
