I agree with the point that if you're not happy improve yourself, however you may just need a boost in self esteem because girls often feel judged physically at any size. As for getting completely naked for sex you should just do it. If the guy wants to be with you he already knows the general shape of your body and what you're working with and he obviously likes it or he wouldn't want to be with you. Just get naked and go for it, and have a good time.
Most men today don't care as much when it comes to the body structure, but having a more feminine structure (Breasts, Ass, Curves, and etc.) are what a lot of men are more into, but what really matters is if your healthy. Most of the time being 110-200 lbs is the healthiest range depending on your height. Also not having a flat stomach means you're healthy and normal, so I wouldn't worry about not having one.
