I have been friends with this guy for 2 years. Since the very beginning we were very flirty together, sexting, photos, webcam, etc. Basically everything but actual physical things. He did not have a girlfriend when we met but was talking to both me and this other girl ... eventually he chose to be with her. But we have continued talking and sexting, and hanging out occasionally (but just as friends). During this period I have dated other guys, and had a semi serious boyfriend, but he has always been on my mind. Recently, things got physical between us and he seems to want to continue this. About a week before our "encounter" he was mentioning how he was thinking about breaking up with his girlfriend as he doesn't know if it's working out (she's talking marriage and kids, and he's not ready for that). I want to be with him, and I know it's wrong on my part to participate but our sexual tension and chemistry is so strong. He has had 3 long term relationships and says he has never strayed or slept with anyone other than these girlfriends. He told me this at the very beginning before anything started, so I do believe him (although it may not sound like it, he really is a good guy). The other night he was at my house and when my mom offered for him to stay for dinner, he eagerly accepted [and made quite a good impression on them both]. So my question is what is going through his head? Why would he come over, eat dinner with my family, spend time with me, get physical with me, and want to continue it.

Because when he snaps out of the ''taken man'' mind state, he wants to play around with you. I usually don't judge people on here but your post reminds me of my current man's past sidechick, oh boy was she obsessed... she had little to none self respect, she knew about me. She knew everything. One day when you are in a relationship and in love with your man, some broad will come sex your man while you are not around and then your man will come to you as if he didn't do anything with the side thing and you will be meeting Karma, the Bitch.
