Ya you can feel the other dude, but only if both guys are thrusting in deep, this because the membrane between your ass and vagina is very thin and stretchable.

I've never done it, but for the guys, the scrotum usually retracts closer to the body to make the ejaculation easier. So the touching of the junk usually isn't a problem.
