Has he fingered you before? Because if he has I'm sure he'll know what he's in for. Even if you don't smell wonderful he should love you enough to do it anyways. If you're not comfortable with it though, maybe it's best you don't do it at all, or wait a few weeks/months or however long it takes.

Here's what my EX and I did:

Buy a can of peaches, spread the juice and a couple of bits down there and let him go nuts. My EX didn't taste to fresh down there and at the time I was to immature to sit down and talk with her about it. If you don't decide to go with my fruit idea, than be smarter than I was, let him do it and ask him honestly if everything was OK, he'll tell you and you can always clean up better for next time (baking soda & water).

My ex has done it to me, and he didn't complain about it. He just wanted to make me happy. And since he wants to try it, maybe you should just let him. If he doesn't want to do it again after he's done it once, there's other things you can do.
