I'm 5'0" and he's 6'6", why the tall guys like me IDK. Anything is possible with maneuvering. Missionary is nice. Doggy good when you have a raised up bed. Cowgirl :D, I can even do it standing up a lil, unlike with shorter guys. The shower however, need to find a tub with wider sides so I can stand on them without slipping. Or get a waterproof stool. Kitchen counters and tables work good to. What amazes me the most is how we spent 2 years on a full size mattress. Can't wait for our queen or if the room is large enough KING!

Well obviously like you said, on top is a great position for a severe height difference. Spooning is also very useful in this situation so you can still get that "closeness feeling" and a variant of the position could be used by simply lifting a leg. Whilst I do believe some more extreme or standing positions height difference may be an issue but your usual sex positions shouldn't have much trouble although I myself have never been in this particular situation.
