This is a tough situation because I beleive it depends on the individual. I understand how you would take offense to this, I know if I was pleasing my women and she started texting I would feel offended, and I know if my girl was giving me a handjob I would give her my full attention.

having said that I am talking about me. I have to say I would also be super offended if a guy did something like that while I was giving him a hand job or blow job. That's something I do as a special attention to him, and if he would rather text than focus on it, I don't see why I should bother. It's like if you were to text during a private lesson or a job interview or something. It comes off as rude and shows a lack of appreciation. Well, hand jobs are super entertaining, I've watched a full movie, including laughing, while getting one... it's not that much different. However, it was rude.
