No. When we pee we feel pressure in our penis and then we move a certain muscle there downwards I don't know what its called and that muscle sort of opens the way for the urine and it comes out and we can feel the pressure of it as it goes out under high pressure from the bladder.

When we come, we move that same muscle, but me move it upwards, opening a different tube. That muscle that moves upwards (and outwards) also creates a pumping at the base of our penis which 'pumps' out the semen in shots. When you see it squirting out, it comes out in shots rather than in a continuous flow like urine. Well each 'shot' is when we move our pump muscle and pump it out. We can feel it come out, but it's not under pressure like urine is.
