How can I create a lucid wet dream?

I want to learn how to lucid dream so I can have wet dreams again. Does anyone know how I could learn how to do that?

  • Go to the drug store. Buy some 5HTP and some melatonin. take 10 mg of melatonin and 1 does of 5HTP about an hour before bed. Keep telling yourself that you are going to KNOW when you are dreaming. Remind yourself as you are falling asleep, that you are falling asleep and will soon be dreaming. I have found the best way to start to fall asleep is to imagine that you are standing up with your arms stretched out to your sides spinning in circles. If you are doing this you will get a vague sensation of dizzyness like you are really spinning in circles. This seems to make me start to go into dream mode. It just takes practice of being able to subconsciously realize that the things you are dreaming are not physically possible/ not real places/ or are scattered bits and pieces of random places, people, and things. Ass you get better at realizing this you will be able to snap into an awake state while still dreaming and take total control of the endless opportunities you can have in dream land. I have gradually gotten better, and have had the pleasure of a handfull of dreams in which I "woke up" and was able to do whatever I wanted, and have done things that I would never have the balls to do in real life.

  • you need to read up on how dreams work and about REM and non-REM sleep cycles work.

    once you get the hang of that, you'll be able to control when you dream.
