What does a kiss on the forehead from a hookup/acquaintance mean?

So I hooked up with this really hot guy 6 months ago. Before then we were just acquaintances...like said hey and how are you type stuff. And we were still acquaintances after hooking up, no awkwardness. Well, last night we hooked up again at a party. Though I myself hate PDA, we were totally guilty of publicly making out. We ended up leaving and going back to my place. Though no sex we did do other stuff. And made out a lot. Hard kissing but always ending in slow soft kisses. (So nice boys!) But anyways, he also kissed me on my forehead at least twice. What does that even mean? Or does it even mean anything? I just think its strange because a hook up guy has never kissed me on my forehead. There was good ol' spooning and cuddling and ticking and kissing, but that forehead thing just kind of throws me off. If we were friends with benefits , sure okay but it's not like we're even really friends. Just kind of acquaintances. Could he want to get to know me more? He's hot and a lot of girls are in line to get on it, but I also think he's kind of shy.
