So I have a crush on my friend whom I have just recently gone out on a date with this past Friday night. Everything was perfect except for the weather it was raining so horrible that I decided to dress warmly with a coat, turtle neck, and a pair of pants. Towards the end of the night we were just talking in his car and during the convo he mentioned how I am always covered up every time I see him. I just laughed it off and told him that we've only gone out on two dates and this time the weather spoiled the evening. So with that said I texted him yesterday to see how he's doing when he then asks me to send him a personal sexy photo for him since he claims that I "owe" it to him for being covered up all the time. My first reaction to that message was is he joking? I mean just because I do have a crush on him does not mean I am going to be doing everything he asks me. How should I handle this situation from here? Obviously I'm not going to send him any sexual photos...

You could just say no and leave it at that. If he is really joking it won't bother him that you said no. Guys who ask for sexy pictures of you are only looking to get one thing out of it. Sex! We all know guys think about sex pretty often during the day. It's kind of obvious. But if he's not js looking for that one thing, you saying no to him won't matter.

You could always send him a funny picture like you wearing as many clothes as you can fit into at one time or a close up of a crease on your hand that looks like a butt crack. Or you could tell him to p*ss off. Depends on how diplomatic you want to be.
