Actually it's anything bigger than like 6-7 inches will likely hit the cervix or whatnot. The average vagina is only 3-4 inches when not sexually aroused after all. Sure some women will have their cervix/uterus ascend further than others accommodating more, but the idea is the average is still that and you really should learn your body before trying to put more in than it should take :P
