Go further than making out but not ready for sex yet?

This is my first boyfriend and we have been dating for a few months. He doesn't have much dating experience either so we have been taking things very slowly. We make out a lot and I want to do more, but I'm not ready for sex yet. Would it be leading him on if I take off his shirt or pants when we are making out? Is this okay to do, or should we talk about our thoughts on sex before going any further? I am a virgin which he knows, and I'm pretty sure he is too, but we haven't talked about it. Any suggestions?

  • If you tell him how you feel about sex right now and what you want to do, it isn't leading him on. It is acceptable if you want to see his body and penis without wanting sex as long as previously you talked about it.

    One thing you could do is mutual masturbation, it's fun and safe and it isn't sex. You'll also learn a lot about pleasing guys and he'll learn a lot about pleasing girls.

  • You should talk to him first! He probably will get the wrong idea if you all of a sudden take off his clothes, unless you talk about sex with him first. Just ask him how far he wants to go and how far he has gone with a girl. It will work out perfectly!

  • tell him what you want first and see what he says but yes it can be very miss leading in my opinion and you need to say what you want to do so he doesn't take it where you don't want it to go
