Matt, I've found the best way to have them stop on your cam without moving on, is to be doing something different. Not jacking off.
For example, I used to put the laptop on the kitchen counter, so whoever logged on to my machine could see me preparing dinner in the kitchen.
I got a lot of use out of that as a tactic. For one thing, it was obvious I wasn't going to use the keyboard to type, so I got them to actually do some talking for a change. And it gave them something to start the conversation with "What are you making?"
Frequently, I think the girls just don't know what to say. Apart from giggling.
