Um, is this a pee fetish or an extension of my premature ejaculation fetish?

Okay. Not sure how to put this so sorry if it's confusing :p I often get turned on at the thought of a guy (or girl) desperately needing to go to the toilet, if not peeing them self.   • I think you're right. It's about desperation but I don't think it's a fetish at all. I can completely understand why you think desperation is sexy. It's a very sexual thing, it's about craving and about not caring about humiliation and all that just because you desperately need the sex. It can be extended in many ways.

    For example, going by what we have so far, would you perhaps be aroused by the thought of a girl teasing a bunch of guys in front of a laughing crowd, and then she tells them that the first one to rip of all his clothes and catch her can have sex with her, and then you imagine them desperately stripping and running after har naked while the crowd screams.

    See that's the exact same 'fetish' but it's in a much more sexual context, but even needing to pee is sexual in a way because it involves the genitalia, so it's actually just another way of looking at getting off 'normally'. It's just a little bit outside the box so it's not apparent but it's still there. :)
