if no sperm touched your vaginal lips, I would assume that you're fine. sperm will live for a little while longer when on skin as it is warm, however it dies shortly after when the semen dries. I wouldn't worry too much about it. however if you think that some semen touched your labia or may have entered your vagina, I would strongly recommend a trip to the doc for further tests. Sorry, I'm not trying to scare you or anything. if you said that the semen only went on your inner thigh, but not any lower, I seriously wouldn't worry about it.
It just seems like it'd be very difficult for sperm to survive for more than a few minutes on the fabric of your thongs, but even if it did a little longer it'd have to make it's way to inside your vagina and it doesn't pass from your thongs to the opening of your sex that easily unless that was being pressed in during your humping and his ejaculation. Every condition would have to be perfect and the chances of that happening are extremely rare I'd say. There are always rare exceptions in everything and I suspect even that.
What you did is called dry humping and chances are that you're not going to get pregnant, though it is possible. Just make sure you don't miss your period and if you do, take a pregnancy test immediately.
