Guys probably hate it because if they didn't they might feel they'll be perceived as gay. For the most part, society is accepting of girl on girl sex, but not guy on guy sex. And in those 2 scenarios, which one will be enjoying the other man's cum? The gay man of course. Hence, if you're a guy and you like cum, even your own, you must be gay.
