An outie is when the labia minora is quite big and sticks out. Mine is like this :( my labia minora is almost 2 inches long. I hate it! it looks so saggy and gross. I was Googling what men think of outies and came across this discussion link the majority of men prefer innies. They said outies look old and worn, and they are on women who have had too much sex, and they look like beef curtains, and that they make them feel sick, and they refuse to go down on women with them this because it grosses them out.

On the other hand outies got a few mean comments too, like that they are too childish and only on fat women. But they got no way as many harsh comments as the outies.

you're over-dramatising things probably because you're a virgin and have no real expereince to speak from. there are better and more serious reasons to have surgery and thinking you have lips that men would not find attractive is the least of your worries.
