This has puzzled me for some time. It seems that girls have no problem showing their nipples through their swimsuits and tops, but when it comes to the butt and pussy, girls are very shy about showing cheeks and a slight camel toe in front. I think generally the nipple thing is unintentional, especially if they are in a swimsuit. in fact I don't know any women who would do it intentionally. Also consider that they didn't want to wear a bra and that would you know cover up their nipples, but they didn't intend for them to be visible.

And a lot of women don't find camel toe attractive, I know that you said leave that part alone. But its important to remember that no body would want to do something that they themselves find unattractive.

Also, the nipple thing, being unintentional, they at least retain some of their dignity, whereas where short shorts in public that show ass cleavage. A lot of other women and girls will be thinking they're easy.

She's going to attract the wrong attention. A guy would probably just want to hit it and quite it because of the way how she presents herself. You're probably seeing nipples because those girls don't wear bras because they don't need them/ it's comfier without them( or maybe they didn't plan on getting so cold), and you're not seeing camel toes or booty shorts because their tight and uncomfortable, and are most likely prevented with most underwear.
