My vagina has developed just fine. 'Mature, adult vaginas' come in all shapes and sizes, and look all kinds of different ways. Besides, I think how it FEELS matters more than its outward appearance, assuming the girl is clean and doesn't have any weird questionable bumps and lumps aside from the ordinary. Most guys will be into it no matter what, as long as they can feel it and it's not like dropping a pencil into a mineshaft.

Speaking for myself, I judge each vagina on its own merits. If the labia are large but it seems to fit the area overall, I like it. If the labia are small but it looks good relative to everything else, I like it.
As far as I know, there is no hard and fast rule on labia among guys.

I will give you my opinion. I like vaginas with no protruding lips. They look cleaner, prettier and tighter. I think the one with big hanging lips are ugly and they look well used.

None of my boyfriends have ever complained about my protruding lips and they all spent a lot of face time down there. I never ask they just love doing it so I guess this theory doesn't really work.
