They're not attractive like a work of art, not beautiful, other parts of mens' bodies are (nice strong shoulders, imo) but penises no. However, they're attractive because of what they represent - a hard penis is attractive on a man you want to sleep with because you can imagine what might happen. Flaccid is a kinda neutral thing, a body part.
Circ/uncirc doesn't make much difference to me though I think circ is much more striking and noticeable! Size doesn't matter unless it's VERY small or big - the first you think 'oh :/' the second you think 'ow' and want to protect yourself from it.
I like 'em! Even if they aren't big, I like to see them on a guy that I'm into. Hard they are sexy and soft they are kind of cute. Also, I find it really intimate when you've seen a guy's soft penis.
