i have big breasts but if I had a flat stomach to go with it, I'd wear tight shirts. it's not immodest, if you have a figure why are you wrong if you don't cover it up? your friend should have some pride in her body, there is nothing to be ashamed of. if I had my nice body again I wouldn't wear shapeless t-shirts, if you have a good shape be proud of it. it's only immodest if you are showing a lot of skin. showing your shape isn't immodest.
why would you need a flat stomach to wear tight shirts? I'm a DD and have belly, hips, thighs and a good plump arse. the worst thing you can do is hide away, I wear tight clothes that flatter me because loose clothing is frumpy and doesn't suit me personally. you can still carry some weight and have a great shape, take it from me you get the looks regardless as long as you're confident you'll look fantastic ;O) girls that look are jealous of their own hang-ups
its their own opionion on what to wear, but they should wear something that draws away from the breast. Since it only makes it look like they are after sex and things. If she wants to wear tight shirts then let her go it doesn't matter.

For me, I feel totally uncomfortable especially here I'd get hungry eyes staring at me. I prefer wearing a litle bit wide on top.
It should depend on the full get up like the color of the shirt, thickness of material, her hair and face, what she wears at the bottom, shoes etc. If the over all look is done well, it can work.
However, if it is a tight shirt of thin stretch material and she wears push up bra, with tight pants and very high heels with very bright make-up, then it could look slutty.

i personally don't see how its a problem the girl can't help it that she has a body like that, however my girlfriend has a large chest and when she wears shirts like that she does occasionally get dirty looks from other girls/women, I think that while it isn't wrong it will without a doubt attract unwanted attention from jelous women who wernt as gifted

If she wants to show off her figure, tell her to go for it. If you have big boobs, then you're not really going to be able to hide them very well. So she can't look immodest if she is simply wearing something and her figure is showing through.

She sounds like me before I got a breast reduction. (Mine were bigger than DD though.) Any time I showed my figure at all I'd get perverted comments and questions from not only guys but girls, so I'd just wear a baggy T and hope people assumed I was fat.
