Young and old, skinny and fat, beautiful and not. Most nude beaches have a collection of people that are pretty much the same as non-nude beaches, except that they are bare at the nude beach. I've heard people say that certain people should not go nude in public (usually because of weight) but they probably do not look any worse bare than in a small swim suit, and you see that all the time at regular beaches. I agree with the previous comment - you would have nothing to be ashamed of.
