Instead of the typical string bikini, get her to wear a different style. The bandeau that has been recommended is probably ideal. She would look great in that. Anything with a lot of detail on or near the boobs will make them appear larger. I think she is the perfect size for wearing a bikini. I wish I could, but I have really big boobs and they just don't make bikinis for that. But small and average size boobs, most girls would look great in one. She should enjoy it! Especially since there are others who can't! Just don't let her wear a tiny top like the one in the pic, I think it makes any girl looks like she's wearing a bikini that is too small for her body.
