Would my areolas get smaller if my breasts did, too?

I'm trying to lose weight but I'm worried about my boobs. I don't care if my boobs get smaller, but I have really big areolas and I'm worried that if I do lose weight I'll be left with disproportionate areolas. Will they get smaller along with my boobs?

Probably not. As I understand it, the skin will not really change in size though the tissue of the breast will. Unless they are very "stretched" and always taut, which is unlikely, they will probably stay about the same size.

No your nipples are a fixed size. If you shrunk from a D to a board, they wouldn't change.

The answer is probably yes, depenending on how much weight you lose. But probably not so much that you would really notice. Don't worry. lose weight and your boobs and aerola will look great.
