Full lips are beautiful because it suits women of all nationalities when they do have it, not too big (looks like it's weighing down your face) and not thin lips (lips that look like a crack in the wall...yuck), Toni Braxton has the perfect lips, well lips that I want. Big eyes suits some people but not everyone.

both of your second links looked good(big eyes and big lips)

it cannot be told what looks good on whom

everyone has their own facial features so you cannot generalize

if big lips look good on one person than it is not necessary that it would look good on others as well
