Lol I always worry a little about that. Like when a guy walking behind me up the stairs, I don't want him to look at my ass :P I usually don't wear thong if it's really short. Maybe boyshorts or something in a good material. But if it's a tight dress I like thong better.
I think it has crossed every girls mind at least once, I tend not to think of it anymore there is nothing you can do if you have to walk up stairs. I don't wear skirts that small, but when I wear skirts or dresses I wear regular underwear, thongs with anything else

i don't wear skirts small enough so that people can see my business. just not my style.
Um I'm not really bothered, as If I didn't want people to see I'd wear a longer skirt and/or more sensible underwear.

I haven't worn a skirt since I was forced to in High School. When I did wear a skirt, I always either held it down with a hand or didn't give a sh*t. Mostly didn't give a sh*t because my station had a lot of f***ing stars I was too busy concentrating on. I was half asleep and didn’t exactly feel like falling/rolling to my death. And I usually wore stockings, so even more reason not to be bothered.
Hmmm depends where I am, most of the time I'm just at a shopping center where if there was anyone underneath... it'd be pretty obvious lol, so not so much :)

Sometimes, depends how short the skirt is and what I'm wearing under it if I'm wearing anything at all if you no what I mean;) ha ha and it also depends on the guy that might see up, like friends or ramdomers then I would be concious but if it's a boyfriend then you would prob try and make it more noticeable to tease him haha
Okay I'll probably get disaproval for this but I get a kick out having that kind of power over a man by choosing an outfit like that. Usually I know if a guy is looking and I'll play along pretending I don't notice but we both know what I'm doing. However panty lines aren't my favorite thing when wearing a dress/skirt so ones that don't show any.

I've fought a man off before and I'll do it again. I don't really feel like getting into an argument about society and the freedom to wear what I want if that is what you're hinting at. Anyone with a grain of intelligence knows rape is wrong, the end.
I don't usually wear skirts but I wear dresses, especially during the summer. I always have a pair of shorts that I wear underneath so no perverts can see anything lol
